We call it the Pro CORE SKILLS Trainer because it is much more than just a MANUAL MACHINE / TRAINER. Front wheel lift is a fundamental skill for ascending and descending trails / drop offs and jumping. Even when a rider changes bikes the geometry changes and so the need to become familiar with a new bike increases.

Always Wear Appropriate PPE such as Helmet, Glove and Knee Pads. Do not use clipless pedals / shoes unless you are already a master on this device. Ensure clear fall space all around. It is safer to use the device when placed on grass or on a mat to reduce slippage when used on concrete. Use a water based timber protector if used in the rain or damp. Store in a dry and well ventilated space to prolong the life of the product.
